Can you turn a V8 Supercharger engine into a 4 cylinder engine?

I know it sounds dumb, but what I really mean is can you replace an entire V8 engine with a V4 engine. I have this new Supercharger Harley Davidson F-150, but it is a gas guzzler and for now I just wanna drive it for the looks. Maybe in the future when

no v4 engines around except for saab, if you mean inline 4 they are available, but will not have enough power to drive your truck, best to bite the bullet and drive it and buy a beater to drive locally
