outboard engine?

im looking to buy a outboard engine of around 45 to 75 hp where could i purchase one one these second hand and for a reasonable price ive got 400 gbp to spend on one im also looking for a small engine as an aux engine

You wont get a reasonable 40 to 75 hp engine for 400gbp---a good 40hp 2 stroke will set you back £1200 if you buy cheap expect trouble. A good aux engine like a yamaha malta 4hp will cost you £400.
