whats better a mazda rx7 13b motor or a mazda rx-8 renesis motor ?

It depends on what you mean by "better".

The 13b from the RX7 can produce more power if you put a lot of work and $$ into it, and if you're talking an FD RX7 then it comes with twin-turbo's (stock) and produces 255 HP (stock).
