Is $34k for a 2007 bmw 525i with 34k miles too much? Kelly Blue book listed it at 31,750 retail?

They say its msrp is 37k and the sales price is 36k and they can only do 34k. It has premium and sport pkg. Ive seen it other dealers listed at 33 and 34 with miles in 20s.
