How to derestrict Honda NSR 125 Italian import?

Hi, i have an Italian Honda NSR 125 i have checked the frame number which matches that of an Italian bike and apparently they are all derestricted but im pretty sure mine isnt. Tops out at about 80 and does 0 to 60 in about 11 seconds which matches the

yerr,its on wiki about what and where there drestricted and the italian ones are ment to be full power.

80 ain't bad for a 125,i know some of them can get round to 100,maybe change the sprockets on it ?
