01 Ford Focus Cooling System Problem?

My Ford Focus Zx3 (2001 Model) had a cooling system problem. I followed the Haynes' Guide to check the thermostatic and the water pump as well as the cooling fan. Everything is working properly. But I had a very weird problem with my AC. It will not be

Please read my answer to your other question, pertaining to the problem you describe. Your Focus is commanded by the PCM to turn to cooling fans on for HI and LO speed settings. I suspect your LO speed is not working, causing exactly what you describe.
