when i go to push on the gas of my bonneville to fast, my engine makes this noise, and my power steering alb everything dies. and i hafta pull over and put it in park and restart my car. the engine turns off. i was thinking its either the fuel filter

Low fuel pressure due to a weak pump or leaky fuel pressure regulator. (use a fuel pressure gauge to check fuel pressure at idle)

Dirty fuel injectors. (try cleaning the injectors)

Vacuum leaks at the intake manifold, vacuum
