Where is the radiator drain valve located on an Olds Intrigue?

If I'm underneath the car, is the drain valve located on the left or right of the radiator? I've looked and I can't seem to locate it. When I find it, is there a particular tool I need to open it?

On most GM's the valve cock for the radiator is on the opposite side of the lower radiator hose, facing the engine. So if the lower radiator hose comes through on the passenger side, then the valve cock would be on the drivers side etc.
