How do I fix an out of control remote starter on my Mazda?

The battery went dead and car sat for 2 months. When i put the new battery on, the remote starter is not working right. When I kill the engine, the horn honks twice and the car restarts by itself, every time I kill it. What is the problem or how do I

snip the wires, problem solved.
