How to replace top radiator hose 2000 BMW 323i?

Hi all,

I have a 2000 BMW 323i that leaks a little bit of coolant and I suspect the top radiator hose to be leaking around where the metal clamp is but not 100% sure since I can't really see because that section of the hose is kind of close
