What brand of belt/tensioner assembly should I put on my 04 Accord?

I need to replace the belt and tensioner. I don't know whether to go to Napa, autozone, advanced auto parts, o'reilys etc... is one brand of belt better than another?

Not really. They all probably have some kind of warranty on them. If you want the best, use OEM parts in my opinion. But I know those are usually a few extra bucks. Any of the businesses you listed will sell you basically the same thing.
